Esther Armah is CEO of The Armah Institute of Emotional Justice (AIEJ); a global institute operationalising racial healing, institutionalising wellness and sustainable equity by creating resources and tools. The AIEJ does this through: Training, Projects and Thought-Leadership. The AIEJ centers Equity and Empathy, and our approach is storytelling as a strategy for structural change. Armah is an award-winning international journalist who has worked in London, New York and across Africa. Armah engages her skillset as a journalist, playwright, activist to lead The AIEJ's global team based in Accra, Chicago, the UK.
